Description
Apex is a specialised formulation designed for the manual cleaning and disinfecting of food processing and production areas, in particular: fixed equipment, conveyors, shackles, work surfaces, cutting and slicing machines, walls, floors & drain areas.

Where to use
For the manual cleaning of food processing equipment, surfaces, storage areas and any hygiene-sensitive areas in the production and packaging of meat, fish and vegetable products.
How to use
FOR MANUAL CLEANING
Dissolve 30g per 10 litres (0.3%) of hot water and apply to the surface to be cleaned using an abrasive pad or scrubbing tool. Leave for 10 minutes and rinse off with clean water.
FOR IMMERSION CLEANING
Make up a solution of Apex as above in a suitable container and immerse the items to be cleaned. After 15 minutes of contact time, scrub the item using an abrasive pad and rinse off with clean water.
FLOORS & DRAINS Any remaining solution can be used for floor cleaning by mop or brush prior to being poured down the drain channels and finally rinsing off with clean cold water.

Contains a blend of surfactants, alkalis, inorganic sequestrant and chlorine based bleaching agent.
